• Eye sockets protect the eyes from impacts
• Eyelashes and eyebrows protect the eyes from dust and liquids
• Tear fluid has an antibacterial effect
• Pupillary light reflex and blink reflex protect the eyes from brightness

Information and ideas:
The students should recognize that all parts of the eye have an important function and that our eyes are well protected.
